advice from my dad

I don't know if my dad remembers when he gave this advice to me, but I think of it often and it always gives me hope:


"Somethings you want are near and possible sometimes."


I tend to find myself disappointed more often then I'd like to. Life doesn't always go according to our plan no matter how much we want it to or how hard we try to make everything work out. Not everything can happen at the time or in the way we want it to. But sometimes, the things we want are near and possible. Sometimes, we will find that the things we've been wanting will happen. That's why we continue to have hope, for those times when things work out. I try to remind myself that when I'm disappointed.
